If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, you can rely on our returns and exchanges policy.
Application deadline;
You can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Acceptance;
In order for us to accept a return or exchange, the products must:
- No signs of use, washing or damage.
- Contain all original labels and packaging.
- Be sent back with the note or order number.
Reasons Accepted;
- Incorrect size.
- Product with manufacturing defect.
- Product not as ordered.
- Repurchase (according to the Consumer Defense Code).
Exchange or refund process;
1. send an e-mail to contacto@zinolini.com with the order number and the reason for the request.
2. Our team will analyze your request and provide instructions for shipping the product.
3. Upon receipt and analysis of the item, we will:
- Exchange for another product/size;
- Or full/partial reimbursement, depending on the case;
Shipping costs;
- In the event of an error by Zinolini (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return costs.
- For exchanges due to size or returns due to regret, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Items that cannot be returned;
- Underwear (such as lingerie);
- Promotional or sale products (except in cases of defect);
